Keegan Connor Tracy is an award-winning actor, director and writer whose career spans more than two decades across film and television. Known for her versatility, she has brought to life memorable characters including the Blue Fairy/Mother Superior on Once Upon a Time, Professor Lipson on The Magicians and Queen Belle in Disney's Descendants franchise.

Her extensive screen career ranges from fan-favorite series including Bates Motel, Supernatural and A Series of Unfortunate Events to films such as Final Destination 2 and the Dead Rising franchise. More recently, Keegan has continued to expand her work both in front of and behind the camera.

As a filmmaker, Keegan wrote and directed the award-winning short The Girl/La Fille and has continued directing across film and television, earning Best Director recognition for The Worst Day Ever?. She is also a published children's author and continues to develop original projects as a writer and director, bringing her passion for storytelling to both sides of the camera.
